1. Purpose of this page

This page explains how you can exercise privacy rights with LD DIGITAL LABS LLC. Available rights depend on your location, applicable law, and the type of relationship you have with us.

2. Rights you may request

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request:

  • Access to personal data we process about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion of data where appropriate.
  • Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
  • Data portability where applicable.
  • Withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing.
  • Information about data categories, purposes, sources, recipients, and retention.
  • Opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information where applicable.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising legally recognized rights.

3. How to submit a request

Include:

  • Your name and email address used to contact LD DIGITAL LABS.
  • Your country, state, or region of residence.
  • The right you want to exercise.
  • Enough information to help us locate your data.
  • If you act on behalf of another person, proof of authorization.

4. Identity verification

To protect privacy, we may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity before responding. If we cannot verify identity or authority, we may be unable to process the request.

5. Response timelines

We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law. Where necessary due to complexity or volume, we may extend the response period as legally permitted and notify you.

6. When a request may be limited or denied

We may deny or limit a request where legally permitted, including when:

  • We must retain data to comply with legal obligations.
  • Data is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Fulfillment would affect rights or freedoms of others.
  • We cannot verify identity.
  • The request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive as permitted by law.

7. California residents

If you are a California resident and CCPA/CPRA applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, information about data categories, and where applicable, opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.

LD DIGITAL LABS does not currently sell personal information as a commercial activity. If this changes or if technologies are implemented that may qualify as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, an appropriate mechanism will be provided.

8. EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss users

If you are in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
